Located just outside of the quint essential seaport town of Newburyport, this 200+ year old colonial home needed updating and additional space for a large family. The new space consists of a complete kitchen remodel with new enclosed porch off the back.
A brand new master suite, complete with en suite master bathroom was added to the home as part of this project, as well.
